74LS Series
The 74LS Series of Bipolar Digital Integrated Circuits is one of the most important families of digital circuits for more than two decades and although improved. The 74LS Series (Low-power Schottky) family uses TTL (Transistor-Transistor Logic) circuitry which is fast but requires more power than later.
